The S-Unit presents a training on information security, focusing on the world of hackers in an accessible and interactive way. In this training, we take participants into the fascinating world of hackers and demonstrate how a hacker can infiltrate organizations using various attack methods. This provides insight into the direct impact that cyberattacks can have on business processes.

What makes this session unique is that we do not focus solely on traditional technical vulnerabilities. Instead, we take a broader view, examining current threats in the rapidly evolving digital landscape and raising awareness of the risks that arise during the development process. We demonstrate how modern development environments and methodologies create new opportunities for cyberattacks while also providing practical guidance on mitigating these risks. This approach ensures that participants do not get lost in complex technical details but instead gain a clear understanding of how to identify risks in critical processes and the impact these risks have on the overall security of the organization.

During the training, you will experience in an engaging way the potential consequences of an attack. The session is dynamic and interactive, ensuring that every participant is actively involved. Participants will learn to identify the weakest links in their security and discover how hackers typically gain access to organizations—all without requiring technical knowledge.

Bas Labordus is a senior security consultant at The S-Unit. There he combines his hacker perspective with his years of experience as a consultant and background as a CISO to make organizations safer and more aware. Bas is a true optimist and knows how to make everyone enthusiastic about security.
