Senior Pentester (m/f/x)

What are you going to do?
- You are in the lead in conducting technical penetration tests on both individual applications (web, mobile, Mendix, etc.) and complex environments (data centers, offices, OT, cloud environments, etc.).
- You conduct on-the-fly security assessments on new technologies and guide colleagues to work together towards achieving a successful result.
- You not only provide technical solutions, but also think broader about structurally mitigating risks.
- You support the Security Advisor team with your technical knowledge in scoping.
- You play an active role in the continuous development of both yourself, your colleagues, and the services we offer.
Who are you?
- You are someone who has a deep understanding of security and understands how to apply that insight to assess the security of yet unknown technologies.
- You don't settle for just running tools, but use your technical knowledge to find the vulnerabilities that automated scanners overlook.
- You have proven experience in penetration testing and at least the OSCP or CPTS certification. Other security certifications or an IT-related academic background are a plus.
- You have an analytical mind and know how to translate complex problems into practical solutions.

- You speak Dutch at a minimum of C1 level and live in the Netherlands.

Application process
First, you send your CV and motivation to The S-Unit. If we think you might be a good fit, we will invite you for an introductory interview. If that goes well, we will give you a fun assignment: a CTF where you can showcase your hacking skills. For one of these tasks, you will write a report, which will be discussed in a personal meeting with our CTO. If we are still all excited, we will send you a job offer!
