Target audience

Content
This training is a workshop in which participants under the guidance of the security experts of The S-Unit go through a realistic crisis simulation. Together you go through the different phases of the situation and what steps need to be taken.
During the training you will be trained in:
- Executing a crisis simulation;
- Awareness on the different processes and procedures needed in your organization in case of a crisis.
Relevance
Every year, organisations spend millions on security measures and technology to reduce the chance on cyber attacks and data breaches. And in the unlikely event that an IT security incident does occur, there are usually plans ready to respond. Or at least it has been given some thought. But how much guidance do these plans provide in a crisis situation? Are they up to date? Do all stakeholders know what they should do? And how does the organization deal with unforeseen issues? Exactly these kind of questions will be discussed during the training.
The S-Unit
The S-Unit has a lot of experience in giving these trainings and simulations. Therefore you will get a realistic idea of what is needed in case of a crisis and what is needed to do a simulation within your organization.
